What data it collects

The typical quantities of a metering point. Which ones are actually available depends on the meter.

From these quantities you can derive calculated values using configurable formulas — averages, minimums within a time window, aggregated consumption — and set thresholds and alerts on those in turn.

Questions about remote meter reading

With meters that make their readings available digitally, either directly or through a concentrator. The platform is not tied to a manufacturer: it is configured against the format of the messages that arrive. Send us a sample transmission and within a few days we will tell you whether and how it connects.

No, provided the meters already transmit. WebGoCloud sits downstream: it receives the data and interprets it. Replacement is only needed when a meter has no way of communicating its readings to the outside world at all.

Yes. Readings with date, time and register value can be exported to CSV or read through REST and SOAP APIs, so the billing system works on measured data instead of estimates.

By setting a threshold. Beyond the raw readings you can create calculated values using formulas — minimum consumption within a time window, for example — and raise an alert when they cross the limit you have set.
