IoT cloud platform

Remote monitoring of every field device,
in a single portal

LPG tanks, gas and water meters, heating systems, vehicles: WebGoCloud collects the data from the devices you have already installed, turns it into readings and alerts, and makes it available to you and your customers from any browser.

Why companies choose WebGoCloud

Three concrete problems, solved at the root.

Any device, no bespoke development

The parsing engine is driven by configurable specifications: you describe the format of the device's messages and the platform starts interpreting them. A new model is a configuration, not a software project.

Alerts that actually arrive

Per-channel thresholds, priorities, email and SMS notification, per-device history and automatic confirmation when values return to normal. You know an asset is running low before the customer calls you.

Your brand, your customers

Logo, theme and 11 languages. Every customer has their own account and sees only their own assets, in a dedicated portal that carries your name.

Telemetry and remote control solutions for your sector

Built around the problems of the people who run these assets: the same tools, applied to your case.

Most popular

Telemetry for LPG tanks and vessels

Level, consumption and remaining autonomy for every tank, updated automatically. You plan deliveries on real data instead of the calendar, and wasted trips disappear.

Remote reading of gas, water and electricity meters

Gas, water and electricity meters: periodic readings, consumption curves and history per metering point, available in the portal and through the API.

Remote meter reading
Turnkey

GPS tracking for fleets and vehicles

Real-time position, route history, vehicle map and journey comparison. Just as useful for delivery vehicles as for mobile equipment.

Fleet tracking

How it gets used, every day

Three situations that come up in almost every installation.

Deliveries driven by data

LPG distribution

Refills used to follow a calendar: some customers ran dry, others took a delivery with the tank still half full. With the level and remaining autonomy of every tank always up to date, the delivery round is built on the numbers — you start with whoever is genuinely close to reserve.

Half the calls stop coming in

Heating system maintenance

End customers get their own login and can see the state of their system without picking up the phone. When they do call, whoever answers already has the device's full history in front of them: readings, alerts, interventions. The conversation starts from the problem, not from half an hour of reconstruction.

A mixed estate of devices

Multi-vendor installers

Years of installations leave different models and generations in the field, each with its own data format and its own portal. On WebGoCloud they live in the same list: you configure each format once, and from then on they are devices like any other, with the same thresholds, the same alerts and the same page.

How remote monitoring works

From the device in the field to the portal, in four steps.

1

We connect the device

You give us a device and its data format. We configure it on the platform: no firmware changes, no hardware to replace.

2

Data arrives and gets parsed

The device transmits to the cloud. The platform interprets the messages, splits them into the channels you need — level, temperature, position, consumption — and stores them.

3

We set rules and alerts

Thresholds, derived calculations, daily aggregations, notification recipients. All configurable from the portal, with nothing to recompile.

4

You and your customers log in

Role-based access, a sub-account for each customer, custom theme and logo. From any browser, including a phone.

Frequently asked questions

The six questions almost everyone asks us.

In the vast majority of cases, yes. WebGoCloud is not tied to any particular hardware: the parsing engine is configured against the message format your device already sends. Send us a sample transmission and within a few days we will tell you whether and how it connects.

Yes, and it is one of the main reasons companies choose the platform. Each customer gets an account that shows only their own devices, in a dedicated portal branded with your name. You decide in detail what they can and cannot see.

The data is yours. It is hosted on cloud infrastructure within the European Union, with automatic backups, and you can export it to CSV or retrieve it through the API at any time.

Yes. The platform exposes REST and SOAP APIs with token authentication, IP address restrictions and trusted devices. The most common integrations — customer records, consumption figures, asset status — are already covered.

You find out straight away: each device has a configurable silence threshold beyond which an alert is raised. Devices that have never transmitted sit in a dedicated area and activate themselves on their first valid transmission.

If your device is already among those supported, the first unit is online the same day. A new model usually takes a few days to configure the message format and run field tests.

Request information

Tell us what devices you run and how many. We reply within one working day, telling you whether WebGoCloud can read them, how they connect and what it involves.

Why WebGoCloud

Hardware independent

You are not locked into one device vendor: the platform adapts to whatever you install.

Multi-tenant and secure

Full separation between customers' data, two-factor authentication, role-based permissions, access logging.

Support that answers

Tickets carry the device's full history, so whoever picks up already knows what you are talking about.
